Airplanes never made me feel this distant until I entered this City — this city being the city of dreams, flourishing hope and what not. Never in my life I tried chasing things just for the sake of fitting in, but the city made me do that so well.
Of course, the breathtaking landscapes and the textured skies are something to die for, but don’t forget to live amidst the chaos of the city. Even when everything seems a little more overwhelming, look around and try finding the piece of wisdom inside you that never lets you give up.
The most beautiful thing about this city is how it gives tremendous starts to everyone. Some start well, some start slow, and some start looking for purpose. But all in all, we all get breakthroughs — and heartbreaks, of course. But let’s not get down that lane because the city is already cold.
The best thing I love about the city is that it never gives irrational boasts to your ego, and the random flying planes always make you realize how to get grounded. I wonder what a great piece of advice it gives that resonates inner peace within us implicitly.
I read somewhere that you are not truly happy when you have to make yourself believe it. It’s a beautiful lie we keep feeding ourselves with. Happiness is organic. It’s as effortless as breathing. So as an ambitious human waiting for the right moment, right day, right place, and right company in this country — that will only lead to made-up happinesses or joys.
I know money is everything and everything is money — and this aphorism coming from a business family suits me well. After all, it’s all that I have been taught my whole life and me myself is a huge fan of it. I’m not here to teach you how to earn it, I’m just here to help you be in senses when your money-making skills are making you lose your mind.
Try utilizing your time in phases in this city.
The first 2 months should be nothing but learning about people and the cultures they house.
The upcoming months should be about how to get your finances done and make bread and butter for yourself.
And the phase should always be about your purpose, topped with the most common conventional Why’sss… and strong dedicated How’sss.
The why and how’s are not something you can start looking at from the start, because you have your stomach looking for that Tim Hortons as well.
I may sound rhetorical but what if I tell you that people are made up of 70% hope and 30% confidence? Canada does give you never-ending hopes — you just have to be very watchful and very courageous.
What’s the point of coming so far and not being able to speak for yourself or others?

And if you fail in doing so, maybe your degrees are just burnt ashes in imagination. Education should always empower you and mold you into a smarter and stronger version of yourself.
