Emotional Guiding System

This is not a shortcut to make things work in your favour but definitely a cheat sheet to understand what will work in future. So before reading this, i would request the readers to stop thinking about the thing they are thinking at the moment.Just take a deep pause.
Now Try Understanding what im just going to write it down.
Feel,Think,Believe and Act.
These four words are the grounding factors in LAW OF ATTRACTION
and the most concerning emotions that hinders the process are ANGER,SADNESS,JEALOUSY AND FEAR. So i will try to help you overcome all these.
Emotions are nothing but vibrations that we radiate in environment and we get the same reflected back to us.So , it's important to listen to your own emotions or else they become more stronger.Supressing them is like taking painkillers just to block the cure receptors and getting relief that is short-lived because the reason is still alive.
WHAT IS ANGER ?
Anger is nothing but the mismatch of expectations from certain situations or people.
For example, you are working on a project and one of your team member never delivers on time,but you keep on ignoring the situation till one day your project deadline misses out.
Now,you blame that team member for it and you expel them from your project but what if you would have identified the emotion of anger earlier and tried talking to him or even tried delegating a task of lesser value to them so that it wont result in your project failure.
So,the actionable steps here must be to express the expectation or change the expectation because you cannot change the situation.
The emotion disappears when the guidance is complete so we should always try to sense what the emotion is telling us and what actions are appropriate. Let's head on to the second emotion,Sadness.
WHAT IS SADNESS ?
Sadness is the sense of loss or abandonment.
For example,a loss of your loved one,a breakup or a layoff.
And the only way around for handling this is to except the reality the way it is and tell to yourself that what is lost is lost and may not come back.
We should always take the guidance of sadness or it becomes severe depression and can ruin our beautiful life.Life is never gonna wait for you, so its better you don't wait for sadness to pile up either.
Next comes Jealousy.
WHAT IS JEALOUSY ?
Jealousy means being insecure which leads to extreme possessiveness. It can be for a person,job or as simple as for food.
For example,You get jealous when your partner is talking to someone else and you keep ignoring it until one day you burst out and ruin your relationship. Chances are they weren’t even interested in the other person.It was your ignorant behaviour towards the emotion of jealousy that led to this worst situation.
So, the actionable step for guiding this emotion is to be generous and find happiness in the situation the way it is and affirm yourself with the words like I LOVE TO BE HAPPY AND CONTENTED IN THIS SITUATION AND IF THEY ARE HAPPY SO AM I FOR THEM and at the end of the day its the only thing that works out.Anything that is yours will always be yours,Fussing over it wont help.
Now Comes the last one,Fear.
WHAT IS FEAR ?
FEAR is when you start doubting yourself in any situation or you think it cannot be done by you.
For example,you always fail to speak in a meeting and avoid it and someday your boss just picks you up for being a bad orator.Now,you start feeling a sense of doubt and think that your boss is the problem but its not the case.Your self-doubt is the problem.
It takes you to the point of emergency when if you don't listen to fear and what it wants to teach you.
The remedy of dealing with fear is simple - Expand your comfort zone.
It’s like handling the dinosaur when its small and controlling it bravely.
Fight with it without doubting yourself just for once and believe me you will overcome it.
The whole universe is connected and at energy levels we are all one vibrating at different frequencies, we just have to find the rhythm.
And once we find it and start listening to the emotions inside us, we can overcome anything and achieve everything in life through THE LAW OF ATTRACTION.
You just have to FEEL,THINK,BELIEVE AND ACT for what you want and show to the universe how badly you want it.
